Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a remote Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality telehealth services to a diverse pediatric and adult caseload across our network. You will assess, plan, and implement interventions to promote independence and functional ability.

The role requires a Master’s in OT, a valid CA OT license, and comfort with teletherapy on our all-inclusive platform. Pediatric experience and Spanish bilingualism are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy license or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: Conduct evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings.
• Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy services to help patients achieve goals and improve function.
• Education: Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence and well-being.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA and other privacy/regulatory standards.
• Technology: Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to conduct remote sessions.
• Continuing Education: Stay current with developments in occupational therapy.
