Job summary

Blackbird Health in Pennsylvania is seeking a Remote Intake Therapist to conduct high-quality virtual and in-person intake evaluations for children and adolescents, building meaningful connections with patients and families from the start and guiding them into ongoing treatment.

Qualifications

• Active independent license in Pennsylvania (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/PsyD/PhD depending on role)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with child/adolescent patients
• Experience delivering intake evaluations via telehealth or in-person
• Availability after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays or weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality intake evaluations for youth ages 2–26 via telehealth or in-person.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and families from intake through ongoing treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Engage in weekly paid clinical consultations to enhance clinical skills.
• Maintain clear intake documentation and patient records.
