Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Child and Adolescent Intake Therapist to conduct telehealth intake sessions and provide ongoing therapy for youth, guiding care from initial assessment through treatment. Qualifications

• Licensed in NJ (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) or equivalent clinical credential.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children and adolescents.
• Minimum 1 year of telehealth or virtual care experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake evaluations for youth via telehealth.
• Provide ongoing evidence-based psychotherapy.
• Develop individualized care plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Maintain thorough documentation and records.
