Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian to deliver evidence‑based nutrition care entirely from a home setting. You will work with the family and treatment team to create and monitor meal plans, provide nutrition education, and participate in weekly progress reviews.

The role requires California residency, a ACEND‑accredited degree and an active RDN license. This full‑time, W‑2 position includes a comprehensive benefits package and flexible PTO.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in California.
• Bachelor’s degree or ACEND accreditation.
• Licensed RDN required; eating disorder experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and families to transform eating patterns through ongoing support.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans and meal plans.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure evidence-based nutrition care.
• Communicate meal plans and nutrition concerns clearly to the team and families.
• Update treatment plans weekly based on progress and goals.
• Reassess nutritional needs and provide recommendations to the team and families.
• Deliver nutrition education to challenge irrational thoughts about food, weight and shape.
• Maintain documentation in the EMR per policy and participate in mandatory meetings.
