Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a licensed Registered Dietitian to deliver evidence-based nutrition care remotely to families nationwide via telehealth. You will craft individualized meal plans, collaborate with the care team, and guide families through recovery using Equip's family-based approach.

The role requires ACEND-accredited training and active RDN licensure, with strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced virtual setting. F/T position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND-accredited)
• Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
• Experience with eating disorders preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience on interdisciplinary teams
• Organized and results-driven
• Ability to balance business needs and clinical priorities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nutrition care for patients remotely via telehealth
• Develop and implement individualized meal plans and nutrition plans
• Coordinate with family members and Equip treatment team
• Document thoroughly in the electronic medical record
• Deliver nutrition education to address irrational thoughts about food, weight, and body image
• Assist with discharge planning and ongoing progress monitoring
• Participate in regular supervision and meetings
