Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a behavioral health care manager for a remote role in the US Pacific time zone. The position requires an active WA license (LCSW/LMSW/LMFT/LMHC) or an RN license and emphasizes pediatric experience.

You will assess needs, coordinate care across providers and families, and develop ongoing care plans for high-acuity members with behavioral health or substance use concerns.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master's degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work or a degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• 2–4 years of related experience in behavioral health or care management.
• Active WA state licensure and/or Compact RN licensure; pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate member needs via phone or in-home visits and facilitate care/service plans.
• Coordinate between family, community resources, and care providers for timely access.
• Develop ongoing care plans for high-acuity members and connect to specialists.
• Monitor plans for changes in treatment, side effects, and symptoms; adjust as needed.
• Educate members and families on procedures, options, and benefits related to care.
• Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities to improve care delivery.
