Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a behavioral health care manager for a remote role in the United States. The position requires active WA state licensure and/or Compact RN licensure, with pediatric experience preferred.

You will assess member needs via phone or in-home visits, develop comprehensive care plans, and coordinate with providers, families, and community resources to improve outcomes and access to services while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work or Nursing.
• Licensed Master’s Behavioral Health Professional (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) or RN per state contract requirements.
• 2–4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and facilitates care/service plans for members with behavioral health needs.
• Evaluates member needs via phone or in-home visits.
• Coordinates between members, families, and care teams to ensure timely access to services.
• Provides education to members and families on procedures, treatment options, and benefits.
• Maintains documentation to comply with state, federal, and payer requirements.
• Performs telephonic, digital, home, or other visits as outreach.
