Job summary

Flex is seeking an Engineering System IT Support professional to maintain and enhance our engineering IT services while ensuring they are reliable, secure, and aligned with end-user needs. This remote-based role reports to the Engineering Systems IT Manager and will focus on deploying, testing, and debugging software packages, plus handling incidents and upgrades.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, hands-on experience with Autodesk tools,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Experience with deployment and inventory tools (PDQ, SCCM).
Strong knowledge of Windows environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019) and basic iOS knowledge.
Excellent English communication and ability to work in a multicultural distributed team.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support engineering IT services to ensure systems remain operational and meet end-user needs.
Manage software deployment activities, including building, testing, and debugging application packages for future releases.
Handle support tickets related to incident resolution and problem management, and coordinate installations, patching, and system upgrades.
