Job summary

Designworks Talent LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist (CAD Systems) to support Autodesk and Bentley platforms across major civil infrastructure projects. This is a technical IT role focused on deployment, administration, and advanced support—no CAD design work required.

You will collaborate with engineers, IT leadership, and vendors to ensure reliable CAD environments and high-performance systems on-site in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, CAD systems administration, or software deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk and Bentley platforms.
• Strong Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting CAD environments in virtual or hybrid infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support Autodesk & Bentley CAD systems (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, OpenRoads).
• Manage updates, patches, configurations, and CAD standards.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for CAD performance, licensing, and interoperability issues.
• Act as a primary technical contact for Autodesk and Bentley support.
• Administer licensing and support CAD data platforms (ProjectWise, Autodesk Docs, BIM 360).
• Partner with infrastructure teams to optimize workstation and virtual environments.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Overview

A well-established, growth-oriented engineering firm is seeking an IT Support Specialist (CAD Systems) to support Autodesk and Bentley platforms used on large-scale civil infrastructure projects. This is a technical IT role focused on system deployment, administration, and advanced support—no CAD design or drafting required.

You’ll work closely with engineers, IT leadership, and software vendors to ensure reliable, high-performing CAD environments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
