Job summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new company, Axiom, with a planned spin in 2027. The role focuses on maintaining Engineering IT services, deploying software packages, and resolving incidents to support AI data centers and mission-critical applications.

The position is remote-based and reports to the Engineering Systems IT Manager. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, Autodesk experience, SCCM/PDQ familiarity, strong Windows knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Knowledge of Autodesk applications.
• Experience using deployment and inventory SCCM tools such as PDQ.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019) and basic iOS knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural and geographically distributed team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support engineering IT services to ensure systems remain operational.
• Manage software deployment activities, including building, testing, and debugging application packages for future releases.
• Handle support tickets related to incident resolution and problem management, coordinating software installations, patching, and upgrades.
