Elevait Solutions LLC is seeking a Remote Pharmacy Technician to support PBM members, prescribers, and pharmacies nationwide. You will resolve complex claims, guide on formulary and prior authorization processes, and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.

The role emphasizes real-time assistance to pharmacies, education on pharmacy benefit details, and precise documentation in the system, all from a fully remote setting with national scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in retail, mail order, specialty pharmacy, or PBM with strong claims and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time assistance to pharmacies with point-of-service claim questions.
• Guide prescribers through formulary and prior authorization processes.
• Answer inbound calls from members, pharmacies, and prescribers with professionalism and accuracy.
• Educate members on pharmacy benefit details and resolve benefit inquiries.
• Accurately document all interactions in the designated system.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
• Communicate issues and resolutions clearly to both customers and internal teams.
• Consistently meet productivity, schedule, and quality targets in a remote setting.
