Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations by assisting members, providers, and pharmacies with prior authorizations, claims inquiries, benefit questions, and other pharmacy-related services in a fast-paced environment.

This remote-friendly role requires strong pharmacy knowledge, excellent communication, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service as part of our healthcare solutions team.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician registration with State Board where applicable.
• Experience supporting pharmacy operations, prior authorizations, claims, or PBM services preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to pharmacy-related inquiries, benefit questions, prior authorization requests, and claims issues.
• Research and resolve pharmacy claims, eligibility, coverage, and medication concerns.
• Review, document, and process pharmacy transactions per guidelines.
• Utilize multiple systems to investigate issues and provide resolutions with complete documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support quality service.
