Qualifikationen

• Certified Pharmacy Technician with experience in managed care and claims.
• Strong data entry and pharmacy operations skills.
• Excellent customer service with ability to work remotely and independently.
• Familiarity with Prior Authorization processes and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Handle intake of MedPharma prior authorizations and set up PAs in the system.
• Conduct tech reviews by assessing PA cases for coverage.
• Approve or deny medications based on SOPs, documents, and criteria.
• Make clinical determinations on medication approval or denial and coverage.
