Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Account Manager Client Service for OptumRx Client Management to manage day-to-day operations for multiple client accounts. The role collaborates with executives to ensure client satisfaction and service quality while offering training and flexible telecommuting options.

Primary responsibilities include interpreting client needs, delivering solutions, and serving as the liaison across internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing account management experience within PBM or similar field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic experience with Rx claims systems (AS400) and ServiceNow
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically
• Ability to work any shift within 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational functions for one or more client accounts
• Assess and interpret client needs and requirements
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
• Translate concepts into practice
• Act as client liaison and SME to internal partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix-driven organization to ensure quality service
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• The Pharmacy Account Manager role may require travel nationally up to 25%
