In this role you will manage issue resolution, drive practical solutions, track progress, and ensure performance guarantees are met.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client services-based environment or account management.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
