Qualifications

• 5+ years of Pharmacy Benefits Management Client relationship management or Account Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience with upselling PBM products and programs to clients.
• 2+ years of experience with managing client contracts.
• Experience presenting to senior level client leadership.
• Advanced understanding of PBM industry including contracting.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Willing to work with clients in the Pacific time zone.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned accounts with a focus on client trend management and strategic plan execution.
• Manages client contract renewal activities to retain clients and profitability.
• Articulates program value to clients across multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding OptumRx product offerings and their operational, clinical, and financial value.
• Maintains regular client communications and performance reviews.
• Ensures compliance with contract terms and reporting requirements.
• Builds corporate relationships and represents client in internal collaborations.
