GE Aerospace is seeking a senior Regional Payroll leader to drive expert support and service delivery for regional payroll and time & attendance programs. You will lead planning and implementation of large-scale transition efforts, oversee compliance, and influence stakeholders to deliver strategic priorities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years managing a large payroll function, with strong experience in payroll systems and time & attendance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years leading a large payroll function.
• Experience with regional payroll programs and compliance.
• Knowledge of time & attendance and payroll systems; Workday preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads regional service delivery teams for payroll and time & attendance across a region.
• Defines immediate and future support needs, service models and operational frameworks.
• Manages payroll queries from employees, managers and HRMs in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversees the management, documentation and communication of regional payroll programs, policies, and procedures.
• Monitors regional government regulations and changes in labor law which may affect payroll processes.
• Manage regional employee records such as tax documents and employee files.
• Oversee and review preparation of reconciliations and reports.
