GE Aerospace is seeking a regional payroll and time & attendance leader to oversee service delivery programs across the region. You will guide the planning and implementation of large-scale transitions, ensure compliant payroll operations, and drive efficiency with HR and finance stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years managing a large payroll function, with strong knowledge of payroll systems and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a large payroll function.
• Specialized depth in payroll systems; Workday payroll experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with time and attendance systems, ideally in manufacturing environments.
• Strong project management, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads regional service delivery teams for payroll, time & attendance and related services.
• Defines support needs, service models and operational frameworks for the region.
• Manages payroll processes, calculations, deductions and wage payments.
• Ensures payroll schedules, reconciliations and documentation meet regional requirements.
• Monitors regional regulatory changes affecting payroll and maintains employee records.
• Oversees preparation of reconciliations and reports.
