Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a regional payroll leader to ensure expert service delivery for payroll and time & attendance programs. You will guide large scale transitions, define service models, and influence stakeholders to achieve strategic payroll objectives.

You will oversee payroll processes, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and finance to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a large payroll function.
• Experience with Workday payroll is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads regional service delivery teams for payroll, time & attendance, and related services.
• Defines support needs, service models and operational frameworks.
• Manages payroll processes including wages, deductions and payments.
• Oversees regional payroll programs, policies and procedures.
• Monitors regulatory changes affecting payroll and maintains records.
