Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking a Payroll Tax Case Administrator (Temp) to support domestic North American tax functions. The role focuses on data entry, ticket setup, and timely processing with strong attention to detail across multiple tasks.

You’ll work in a fast-paced team, performing audits, maintaining quotas, and assisting with special projects while adapting to changes in workload and duties. Remote US-based opportunity with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; higher education preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work split shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Associates degree or higher preferred; payroll taxes knowledge a plus.
• Zendesk and Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setup and index tax tickets and notices accurately in OSV and Salesforce.
• Perform daily audits of ticket data with high accuracy.
• Meet daily ticket and notice quotas as required.
• Manage unassigned aged tickets within 24 hours.
• Locate client account information using the TaxEx system.
• Process Critical and Blocker tickets within 2 hours of receipt.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
