OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking a Payroll Support Advisor to provide advanced technical and payroll processing support within SLAs. You will lead complex troubleshooting, act as a payroll SME, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience involving end-to-end processing, research, payroll logic, and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Service, Professional Services, Product Management).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings or host webinars.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, strategic support by resolving complex inquiries and issues, aligning with SLA commitments.
• Communicate best practices, trends, and resolution strategies through webinars and documentation.
• Drive resolution of known issues by partnering cross-functionally to improve risk visibility and experiences.
• Serve as a technical SME across payroll systems, processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to payroll laws, processing standards, and internal controls to mitigate risk.
• Support and drive special projects including enterprise system upgrades and process improvements.
• Analyze completed casework to identify performance trends and coach teams.
• Oversee onboarding programs, ensuring materials are current and communications are aligned with needs.
