Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical support for enterprise apps (payroll/tax/financial services preferred).
• 5+ years in application support including monitoring, triage, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution.
• 3+ years of management with staff development and performance management.
• Strong SQL Server knowledge and performance tuning.
• Experience with monitoring, log analysis, and automated alerting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global payroll tax platform support operations.
• Set realistic time estimates for staff tasks and incidents.
• Mentor staff, drive technical skill development.
• Oversee incident triage, prioritization, and customer communication.
• Implement AI tools and automation for support efficiency.
