Job summary

Allied Reliability is seeking a Payroll Administrator to own full-cycle bi-weekly payroll using Paycom. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, tax compliance, and precise HRIS data management as a remote team member.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of payroll experience, advanced Paycom skills, and strong Excel abilities. A Bachelor’s or Associate degree is preferred; CPP or FPC is a plus. You will work independently to meet deadlines with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven payroll administration experience.
• Advanced Paycom proficiency and HRIS familiarity.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing using Paycom.
• Maintain Paycom employee data including hires/terminations and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Audit payroll data, timecards, and PAFs; resolve discrepancies.
• Generate payroll, tax, and labor reports for management.
• Assist employees with pay/tax questions and Paycom navigation.
• Manage wage garnishments and related payroll tasks.
