Job summary

Eurofins USA in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly and biweekly payroll for US employees using Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP. The role includes garnishment processing, year-end reporting, and internal customer service.

You will handle multi-state payrolls, Excel analytics, and assist with integration of new companies. Full-time with remote option, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm; commutable candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll administration experience
• Experience with Multistate Payrolls
• Advance Excel skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based collaboration tools

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of the full weekly/biweekly payroll process for US employees
• Handle garnishment processing and off-cycle payments, and time, labor & absence reviews
• Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud to complete payroll tasks and related reporting
• Handle year-end reporting via Oracle and ADP, including W-2/W-2C processing
• Assist with planning and integration of new companies and payroll system improvements
