Responsibilities

• Independently manage and process payroll for a dedicated portfolio of small business clients.
• Ensure accurate data entry and calculation of wages, hours, deductions, and withholdings.
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, responding professionally.
• Assist with the onboarding of new clients by setting up their accounts.
• Help prepare and review payroll reports to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain organized and confidential client payroll records.
