Allegiance Mobile Health is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage full cycle payroll remotely for 500-700 hourly employees. You will validate time data, ensure accurate deductions, and maintain payroll records while ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws across jurisdictions.

The role requires HRIS proficiency, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail. A two-year degree and payroll certification are preferred, with fully remote work and CST hours favorable.

Qualifications

• Two year degree or equivalent to 3 years payroll experience.
• Payroll certification preferred.
• Proficient in HRIS utilization.
• Proficient using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for ~500-700 hourly employees.
• Review and validate timekeeping data before payroll processing.
• Calculate and process deductions, garnishments, and benefits contributions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
• Assist with onboarding and integration of acquired locations into payroll.
