You will process payroll, review time records, calculate wages and deductions, and maintain payroll data in HRIS and accounting systems. Remote-friendly environment with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and payroll administration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, and benefits.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with HRIS or accounting software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time according to schedules.
• Review and verify time records, hours, overtime, bonuses, deductions.
• Calculate wages, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll records.
• Process hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes.
• Enter payroll data into payroll and HR systems correctly.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide explanations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance to resolve issues.
• Prepare payroll reports and documentation.
• Assist with payroll tax filings and compliance.
• Support payroll audits with required reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of compensation data.
• Identify process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
