Fourth is the world’s leading provider of end-to-end restaurant and hospitality management technology solutions. We seek a meticulous Administrator Payroll Operations to enter new hires/terminations, manage garnishments, and handle W-4 withholdings accurately for worksite employees.

You will support payroll processes, verify data, and assist with production room tasks while maintaining strict deadlines in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of garnishments, child support, and tax levies strongly preferred.
• High attention to detail with accuracy prioritized in a regulated environment.
• Data entry accuracy and timely processing of employee records.

Responsibilities

• Process garnishments such as child support and tax levies in a timely manner.
• Respond to garnishment inquiries and handle returned checks.
• Process worksite employee information requests and record changes promptly.
• Enter new hires, terminations, and changes to employee records accurately.
• Process direct deposit and pay card information for worksite employees.
• Enter and verify worksite employee tax withholding information.
• Process Verifications of Employment for worksite employees.
• Support Payroll Administration and related duties as assigned.
• Manage and order office supplies and assist with scanning/filing.
• Assist Production Room tasks including printing checks and shipping.
