Job summary

AVS Bio seeks a hands-on Payroll Manager to oversee payroll for ~300 employees across the United States and Europe. You will own the payroll process end-to-end, ensure compliance, and drive improvements in systems and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in payroll, strong multi-state expertise, and NetSuite experience, with Paylocity a plus. This role offers direct-hire employment and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience including multi-state processing.
• Experience supporting international payroll, preferably Europe.
• NetSuite experience required; Paylocity experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and payroll reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for ~300 employees in US and Europe.
• Manage multi-state payroll compliance and payroll tax requirements.
• Prepare payroll journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close support.
• Lead or participate in payroll system implementations and integrations.
• Coordinate international payroll activities for European employees.
