Our history spans 60 years of innovation, growth, and setting global standards.We are seeking a hands-on Payroll Manager to oversee all payroll operations for approximately 300 employees across the United States and Europe. This role will own the payroll function end-to-end, including payroll processing, compliance, payroll accounting, reporting and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will bring strong multi-state payroll expertise, experience supporting international employees, and a proven track record with payroll system implementations. Experience with **NetSuite is required**, while **Paylocity experience is highly preferred**.* Own end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 300 employees across the U.S. and Europe* Manage complex multi-state payroll compliance and payroll tax requirements* Prepare payroll journal entries, reconciliations, and support month-end close activities* Serve as the primary payroll resource for employees, HR, and Finance* Lead or support payroll system implementations, upgrades, conversions, and integrations* Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to improve payroll processes, reporting, controls, and automation* Coordinate international payroll activities and support a small European employee population* Process bonuses, commissions, benefit deductions, garnishments, and other payroll adjustments* Support payroll tax filings, W-2 processing, year-end reporting, and audit requests* Maintain payroll data integrity and resolve payroll discrepancies* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred* 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including ownership of payroll processing* Strong experience managing multi-state payroll environments* Experience supporting international payroll, preferably within Europe* Hands-on experience with **NetSuite is required*** **Paylocity experience strongly preferred*** Experience leading or participating in payroll system implementations, upgrades, or conversions* Solid understanding of payroll accounting, payroll tax compliance, and reconciliations* Advanced Excel skills and strong reporting capabilities* CPP designation is a plus* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information**Ideal Candidate**This position is ideal for a Payroll Manager or Senior Payroll Specialist who enjoys being deeply involved intheday-to-day payroll function. We are seeking someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, owning payroll from start to finish, and helping improve systems and processes.
