Job summary

Uber seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll specialist to own end-to-end Payroll configuration, issues, and optimizations across Time & Labor and Absence Management. You will partner with HR and Payroll teams to gather requirements, drive enhancements, and lead quarterly release testing and UAT readiness.

The role is located in New York, NY, and requires in-office presence with flexible per-role needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll experience with configuration, maintenance and optimization.
• Strong payroll knowledge including elements, fast formulas, balances and payroll flows.
• Experience troubleshooting payroll issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Working knowledge of Time & Labour and Absence modules; experience with UAT and quarterly release testing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll functionality, including configuration and optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Payroll, Time, and Absence issues with minimal disruption.
• Partner with HR, Payroll and Operations to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
• Lead testing efforts during quarterly releases, including UAT validation and production readiness.
• Drive continuous improvements in Payroll processes and system automation.
