OnPay is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join our Implementation Team. You will migrate, audit, and configure historical payroll data to ensure accurate first payrolls and full compliance with tax laws.

Responsibilities include data extraction, wage‑entry reconciliation, tax setup configuration, and testing prior to go‑live, with cross‑team collaboration to resolve complex tax scenarios in a fast‑paced startup‑like environment.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of dedicated experience in payroll tax processing, payroll auditing, or payroll tax resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of US payroll fundamentals (YTD, tax withholdings, FUTA/SUTA, W-2).

Responsabilidades

• Extract, clean, transform, and load legacy payroll data into the built‑in platform.
• Audit and reconcile wage entries against tax filings (Forms 941, 940, state reports, W‑2s).
• Configure employee tax setups, jurisdictions, and accumulators.
• Conduct testing and variance analysis before go‑live.
• Collaborate with Onboarding Coordinators on complex tax setups or multi‑state adjustments.
• Document SOPs and maintain audit trails.
• Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll tax changes.
