• Relevant professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent credential valued.
• Deep knowledge of country-specific payroll legislation, tax regulations, and employment compliance.
• Hands-on experience reviewing or advising on payroll processes in real-world environments.
• Strong written English communication and ability to collaborate with international teams.
