Job summary

Trace3, a leading IT services company, is seeking a Payroll Analyst (Remote) to support payroll processing, reporting, compliance, and commissions administration for Trace3 and affiliated entities. You will back up commissions administration and help scale payroll operations amid growth and acquisitions.

You will work with the Senior Payroll Manager and collaborate across Finance, HR, and IT to ensure accurate data, timely processing, and governance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of related payroll experience.
• Experience with UKG (UltiPro) payroll software.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for exempt employees, corrections, bonuses, and final paychecks.
• Reconcile payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, taxes, and verifications.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with wage laws and tax regulations.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports weekly, monthly, and YTD.
• Support audits with payroll documentation and analysis.
• Document workflows and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure data accuracy.
