Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Compensation Analyst to partner with HR and business leaders on compensation programs and market data. You will own job profiling, salary surveys, and policy documentation while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The role supports design, planning, and execution of compensation projects across the enterprise. You will analyze new and revised jobs, map them to our job architecture and salary grades, and support annual merit and incentive payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 1–3 years related compensation experience
• Excel proficiency (Medium)
• Experience with HCM systems including Workday
• Strong problem solving and data-driven decision making
• Experience with market pricing tools such as MarketPay preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with job profiles, policy documentation, salary surveys and compensation delivery
• Conduct analyses for new or revised jobs for mapping to job architecture, incentive compensation, and salary grade assignment based on market trends and objectives
• Support compensation projects from design through execution, including modeling, planning, communication and training; keep SOPs up to date
• Primary owner of the compensation inbox; serve as first line advisor to support the business on compensation questions and processes
• Support the annual salary planning process including merit planning and IC payments
• Conduct monthly and annual data audits ensuring compliance
• Maintain market pricing software; ensure data loads and annual submissions for salary surveys are processed
• Performs other duties as assigned; comply with policies and standards
