Job summary

Concentra is looking for a Payroll Compliance & Operations Analyst to ensure accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of payroll. You will audit payroll results, generate reports, and support testing of system changes across a large multistate workforce.

The role partners with the payroll services team to strengthen controls, analytics, and reporting. It can be hybrid or remote depending on the employee's home base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or HR.
• Five years of payroll experience including payroll tax analysis, audit and compliance.
• FPC or CPP certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data accuracy through audits, reconciliations, and exception reporting.
• Investigate discrepancies with teams and leadership to resolve issues.
• Prepare data for compliance, legal, and operations reporting.
• Support SOX and internal/external audit requests.
• Assist with system upgrades, acquisitions and integrations testing.
