• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of payroll and benefits experience in medium to large organizations.
• Proficiency with MS Office; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Workday payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Administer employee benefits payroll aspects and related reporting.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and timely tax filings.
• Prepare year-end forms (W-2s) and related reports.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and perform period-end close tasks.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Legal to onboard/offboard employees in payroll and HRIS.
