Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in payments or fintech with ownership of product roadmaps and requirements.
• Experience in B2B and B2B2C payments environments with complex money movement.
• Deep understanding of payments ecosystem and lifecycle: ACH, cards, gateways, settlement, reconciliation, refunds, and APIs.
• Proven ability to build and scale payment capabilities across processors, banks, SaaS vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Payments Infrastructure Execution: create a multi-year roadmap and consolidate payments architecture.
• Ledgering & Reconciliation: upgrade ledgering for traceability and reporting accuracy.
• Payment Rails Expansion & Innovation: lead RTP, FedNow, ACH, card, and virtual card programs.
• Vendor & Bank Integration Management: manage integration across processors, banks, and partners.
• Economics, Reliability & Scale: improve authorization rates, refunds, settlement timing, and margins.
• Risk & Compliance: ensure NACHA, card brand, sponsor bank requirements and mitigate risk.
