Job summary

Health Payment Systems, Inc. (HPS/PayMedix) is seeking a Senior Payments Product Manager to drive the modernization of our payments ecosystem.

This fully remote role will own the execution of a scalable payments architecture supporting card, ACH, and emerging rails, partnering with finance, operations, compliance, engineering and leadership to deliver measurable outcomes. Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience in payments/fintech.
Experience in B2B and B2B2C payments environments with complex money movement.
Deep understanding of payments ecosystem including ACH, cards, gateways, ledgering, reconciliation and APIs.

Responsibilities

Create multi-year roadmap for payments platform capabilities.
Lead consolidation of payments architecture across processors, banks, and ledger systems.
Drive implementation across authorization, settlement, batching, reconciliation, funding, payouts, and refunds.
Oversee vendor and bank integration requirements with internal teams and external partners.
Improve efficiency, reliability and cost per transaction while scaling the platform.
Ensure NACHA, card brand and regulatory compliance in payment workflows.
