Qualifications

• Five plus years’ experience in healthcare billing with knowledge of coding and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the payments and credits team within Billing Services.
• Oversee ERA, payments, and lockbox posting workflows.
• Monitor payer reimbursements and provide management reports.
