Envision Radiology, LLC is seeking a remote Payments and Credits Manager to lead the strategic direction of payment and credit balance functions. You will supervise day-to-day revenue cycle operations, optimize workflows for ERA postings, and monitor payer reimbursements to maximize revenue.

You will work with leadership and Billing Services to standardize processes, train staff, and ensure compliance across Federal, state, and local guidelines.

Formación

• Five plus years’ experience in healthcare billing.
• Experience in staff supervision.
• Knowledge in medical terminology.
• Ability to navigate multiple screens quickly and accurately.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily leadership to the payments team within Billing Services.
• Spearhead workflow to post ERA, patient and lockbox payments.
• Monitor reimbursement reporting on insurance payers for Management.
• Serve as escalation source and resolve payer issues.
• Supervise and maintain staffing schedules.
• Maintain compliance, trainings, and engagement throughout the team.
• Forecast staffing needs with HR when gaps arise.
• Other duties as assigned.
