Envision Radiology is seeking a remote Payments and Credits Manager to lead the strategic direction of payment and credit balance functions, optimizing revenue and ensuring timely, accurate billing operations. This role supervises daily Revenue Cycle activities and collaborates with leadership to improve processes across departments.

You will oversee ERA posting, payment workflows, payer reporting, and staff scheduling, with an emphasis on compliance and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five plus years’ experience in healthcare billing with knowledge of coding and payer requirements.
• Previous management experience with staff supervision.
• Knowledge in medical terminology.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately.
• Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day revenue cycle operations for payments and credits.
• Oversee posting of ERA, payments, and lockbox activities.
• Provide reimbursement reporting on insurance payers.
• Escalate payer issues and coordinate with departments.
• Maintain staffing schedules and training.
• Forecast staffing needs with HR.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
