Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day revenue cycle operations within Billing Services
• Oversee payment systems, posting of ERA, patient and lockbox payments
• Monitor payer reimbursements and provide management reporting
• Staff supervision, scheduling and performance coaching
• Ensure compliance and process improvements across the team
