Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Manager of Payer Relations, Contracting & Credentialing to lead payer strategy, negotiate contracts, and supervise credentialing across markets. This remote position reports to the Executive VP of Revenue Cycle Management and supports Northpoint’s expansion and access initiatives.

The role collaborates with RCM, Finance, UR, and clinical operations to optimize reimbursement, provider enrollment, and regulatory compliance while building scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or commensurate experience in business/health management.
• Minimum of five (5) years in managed care contracting and provider credentialing.
• Minimum of three (3) years hospital and/or payer negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop payer relations and strategy with payer partners and network leaders.
• Negotiate contracts, determine rate terms, and ensure operational rollout of contracts.
• Oversee credentialing, enrollment, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide executive-level reporting on payer performance and network development.
