Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Manager of Payer Relations, Contracting, & Credentialing in a remote-capable role based in Meridian, ID. You will lead payer relationships and contracting, while overseeing credentialing and regulatory compliance to support Northpoint’s growth across markets.

You will collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Clinical Ops to optimize reimbursement, access, and revenue integrity while guiding multi-state licensing and credentialing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required.
• Five+ years in managed care contracting or credentialing.
• Three+ years hospital or payer negotiation/analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own payer relations and strategy across assigned payers.
• Lead contracting, rate strategy, amendments, and implementation.
• Oversee credentialing, enrollment, licensing, and regulatory processes.
• Provide executive reporting on payer performance, network development, and risks.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Operations to scale market growth.
