Allara is seeking a Payer Contracting Specialist to accelerate our payer contracting efforts nationwide. This remote, early-career role focuses on defining payer requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring data accuracy across provider records.

You will handle provider data, enrollment escalations, and credentialing support, with opportunities to grow into more complex payer relationships as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in provider data management, revenue cycle, denials, payer operations, credentialing, or healthcare administration.
• Genuinely self-directed with strong queue management and proactive follow-up.
• Exceptional attention to detail with accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to interpret payer policies and perform root-cause analysis.

Responsabilités

• Own provider data integrity across systems and keep payer records accurate.
• Audit provider listings in payer directories and drive corrections to live status.
• Reconcile rosters against payer records on a scheduled cadence.
• Serve as the enrollment and provider-data escalations desk; partner with Revenue Cycle.
• Research payer policy, telehealth rules, prior authorizations, and fee schedules.
• Codify payer requirements and escalations into durable internal references.
• Support contracting and credentialing: submit and track payer applications.
