Job summary

Allara is seeking a Senior Manager of Credentialing and Payer Operations to lead the team responsible for credentialing, enrollment, and provider data integrity across a national payer landscape. You will design scalable playbooks, automate manual steps with Engineering and Product, and partner with leadership to scale operations as Allara expands.

• 5+ years of operational experience in high-growth or high-complexity environments.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and build scalable systems.
• Leads people, gives feedback, delegates effectively.
• Experience using AI to solve operational problems.

Responsibilities

• Make the complex manageable and document repeatable payer processes.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional team with clear expectations and feedback.
• Build scalable workflows, data architecture, and licensing/credentialing systems.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to automate manual processes.
• Own vendor and payer relationships; ensure SLAs and accountability.
• Collaborate with Growth, RCM, and Payer Strategy to surface root-cause problems and solve them.
• Codify solutions so the team can operate without the leader in the room.
