Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Payables Accountant to work remotely from Utah, Oregon, Washington or Idaho. You will handle invoice processing, EFT setup, and payment audits while supporting internal and external partners to ensure accurate accounting and timely payments.

The role requires an Associate degree in accounting/finance/business with 2+ years in AP, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. Flexible hours during heavy workloads and AI tool experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting/Finance/Business and 2+ years in accounting, AP or disbursement.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Payables processes.
• Experience with a variety of PC software and intermediate Excel/Word/email/calendaring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review and process invoices, statements, and EFTs to ensure correct GL accounting.
• Research and respond to payment inquiries from vendors, providers and members.
• Set up EFTs and maintain bank relationships for providers as requested.
• Balance and record payments to ensure reconciliation with documents and reports.
• Audit payments for accuracy prior to release and correct EFT failures.
