Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a Registration Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth check-in by collecting demographic and insurance details and verifying coverage.

This remote role requires working in the Hawaii Time Zone and supporting hospital or clinic operations with accuracy and confidentiality. You will schedule and modify appointments, collect copays, maintain patient records in the EHR, answer inquiries by phone, and uphold HIPAA and policy

Qualifications

• Customer service or administrative experience required or preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and insurance verification processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, updating demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments.
• Collect copayments and patient balances.
• Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and direct requests appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
