Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; update demographics.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations.
• Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments.
• Collect copayments and patient balances.
• Maintain patient records in the EHR and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
